Linen could have been cleaner and newer Glasses were not washed No toiletries provided except soap Breakfast is frugal and basic

Location was quite convenient. Breakfast was fetched from outside and was ordinary and didn't offer any choice.

The hot water geyser in the washroom and the TV in the room were not working and strangely it was not known to those in charge. But on insistence we were supplied hot water in bucket from outside the room. That way they tried to meet a necessity of the guest. Merely havng installed facilities isn't good enough. Maintenance of the facilities is needed.

It’s located in the centre of city and you’re just a few away from the Golden Temple. There’s also a bazaar that you can visit and explore the beautiful of Amritsar city.

I have not much complaint about the stay as with that price is what you got.

The room was in a good location. The staff were helpful and guided me to the place well. Clean room. Good bedsheet. Comfy bed. Water heater, AC good.

-Small room, -TV not working. -Breakfast included in the booking served at 10.45 am only after three reminders. I think they wanted to avoid giving it though promised in reservation. -The night staff need to have a separate area to sleep. They were sleeping near the entrance on the ground mattress hindering the entry and exit. And the night staff slept until 9.30 am. -Though cordial, the hotel boys were novice with no hospitality training. But they were trainable. The hotel owner should ensure that after recruitment, he trains the staff well in hospitality and management.

The staff were all very friendly but breakfast was not served as it was included in the deal.

Room service facility is really poor. Otherwise everything was good. I wish the authority will look into this.

All over arrangement is very good. I would like this stay.

Situated in heart of the city, walking distance from Golden temple, partition museum, Jaliawala bagh restaurants & other market spots

The room was big and good. Air conditioned room with TV and clean bathroom. Near to Gurudwara Golden Temple and Amritsar Railway station.

The bed sheets were not clean and unclean pillow covers. Also there were no glasses provided with water. I had to order water separately.
