The location was very prime and staff did thier best to help us out with everything

Good location near the center. Helpful manager who speaks good English. He booked me a ride to the border for a good price.

Hard to find, on a narrow side street. Slept my first night with lights on since it did not occur to me look for the switch OUTside the room! Absurd. Staff was nowhere to be found despite the noise I made - no response. If there is a 24-hour front desk I don't know where it is, certainly not IN the hotel. There is hot water but not in the overhead so trying to take a shower is a ridiculous ordeal.

Nothing they didn't provide us room told to book the room some other place

Very well located hotel and nice staff

The address displayed on the Booking.com ad is unprecise... Hard to find the place if you do not know the area... A little bit of more cleaning is necessary... The bedroom had quite visible mopping marks that could tell that the water or the mop were not so clean when doing the bedroom...

It is located off a dingy lane. Huge rooms which are good but without any other facilities

Breakfast provided is very very poor. In fact it was crap ! Not enough qty nor was the taste good.
