Easyatent Safari tent Park Umag

Hard to say, I am so disappointed and upset.

The Safari tents in Park Umag Campsite are very close to the main road, super noisy during the night, you can’t simply get much of good sleep. So don’t forget the earplugs (not sure if this is going to help). I am sorry to say this loud, but really happy to be back home.

The host was extremely helpful and kind. He showed us everything we needed to know and was always available whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated his hospitality!

Great location near the beach and the pool, the tent was under the trees in shadow. Great pool for kids. Very nice camp.

The address of location is different as the navigation on booking. That made difficult to find the location. It is 7km out of Umag.

Very clean toilets, great beaches

It’s VERY loud when it rains on the tent roof

Far away from the beach, no sheets for the bad, no towels, lay on the beach only for charge

The tent was a nice experience, new, good equipment. A lot of fun for the kids - the sea, the pools...

Check-in was a mess - the main reception of the campsite only registered us and informed us that we have to deal directly with Easyatent regarding anything else... but nobody contacted us, nobody showed us the tent - we had to actively call to get some basic info from the agency, and we even could not reach them at first. The contact person was a bored teenage (?) girl who did not bother arriving at the arranged meeting on time... My advice - do not rent the bed linen - you can get better quality and cheaper in any supermarket, I suppose :D
