Overall, my experience at this property was quite disappointing, especially considering the price paid. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe, as there were too many animals coming from the surrounding jungle area. I was also quite overwhelmed during my stay. Additionally, the staff were not very helpful and made me feel like I had to handle everything on my own. Their tone of communication came across as quite strong, although I tried to be understanding of possible cultural differences. I also had an allergic reaction after being bitten by some bugs, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Given this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again.
