I would say I like everything about the place

The person running the accommodation were not friendly to me a belittled me when I asked why a R1,000.00 breakage deposit, she ask me can I afford it. She said the TV is a lot of money and if she get any stains etc. I will forfeit my deposit. I booking my stays with booking.com for more than 5 years and never had I been treated as if I was below somebody . I also received emails and WhatsApp messages ordering me from my booking and at the accommodation and during my stay I got 4 emails and even more WhatsApp messages sometimes even dubble messages. even the rates are vat exclusive and you only see that when the payment was made. She also said u must read all the costing etc. I am very disappointed being treated as if I am a criminal. After all the years booking at booking.com I never had such a bad experience. Hopefully the management would sort this out.

I was treated like the host are doing me a favour. First the prices were without VAT I only realised that when the payment went through. The we had to pay R1,000.00 Damage deposit for a place that was really not up to standard, I have photos to proof that. She treated me very unprofessional and she asked me if in a position to pay the damage deposit after I just asked her why is it so high. I am booking with booking. Com for the last 4 years never have I been treated like this. now I a struggling to get the R1,000.00 deposit back with no success.

There was a funny septic tank smell when you open the balcony door.

Leigh from Host Management was a total professional with a great service ethic, she took a bad experience into a wonderful stay with her personal touch and friendly attitude, it was because of Leigh that we extended our stay for another 5 days. On arrival the property was smelly, dirty and towels & bedding not fresh. On contacting Leigh from Host Management , she immediately got a team of people in to clean the unit, thereafter it was a good stay.
