Casa Betulla Home Holiday Relax

The host was so helpful, supported with advising on transportation to get to the location, she arranged for a taxi to pick us up from varenna and drop us off to casa betulla. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The views from the house are breathtaking, can see the lake and mountains from the garden.

Everything very good however would be nice if the house had a pool, would definitely go back.

This apartment is any hours walk down a very dangerous road to the local town and at least a hour and a half back uphill . Taxis are available but at a cost of €20 each way . The bus is available but does not bring you all the way to the house .

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a stay including some quality courtesy gifts. The garden and terrace are very nice for relaxing especially if you are coming with kids. The host is very responsive and provides immediate support if needed. Private space for a car.

You really need to rent a car as the house is up the hills, accesed via quite long serpantine road. There are some options of taxi though but we have not tried it as we had a car.

We had most wonderful time at Casa Betulla. Friendly warm and welcoming, a beautiful view - quiet and relaxing! It was nice to have dinner outside overlooking the lake. Our host Bea was so easy to communicate with and Place had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.
