MYNothing, its a useless customer service and alot of lies with honesty im sharing, i reached earlier at 12pm, but they request by 130pm tp 2pm will surely call me and requested me to sign the paper, as i was with my family and with a birthday celebration nearby.. No calls i have received, reached out at 230pm said, well either way i have to wait until 3pm to use the services and i was in an emergency situation and i have booked the places earlier.... But the staff were lied that in anyways i am only can check in the room after 3pm. I have decided and told them i am not going to stay for giving false promises. And i have cancelled the booking..... But they still charge Rm 320....for any unsed service they gave.
Change the management with pure customer service and hotel managements.
