Zeer log systeem om in te checken ben er meer als een half uur online mee bezig geweest. Instructies voor de sleutels kwamen ook in het italiaans.

Clean, fresh and spacious. Good communication. Ideal location, 2mins from bus stop to airport. Suited our family of six (3 teens) perfectly

Communication ith the staff . It was no show up of personel at location.There was a terrible communication app. When we arrived the only communication was on WhatsApp. Messages was not replied om SMS or telephone. It was a scary identification to book the flat via the renters own app.

"Good location but bad maintenance"

I like the location of Luxury house near the funicular.

Dirty and poorly maintained apartment - there was a shoe sole mark on the sheets in one bedroom, and hair in the other bedroom, there were used socks in the cupboard, the sink in one bathroom was clogged, and the shower cabin was leaking, no extra sheets, blankets or pillows!

We recently booked a trip to Bergamo for 3 nights at ‘luxury house by the furniclar’ and it was the most distressing experience of our lives. We seen the ad on your website and the pictures were clean and reviews were ok so we parted with the best part of £600 and booked in for our party of 4 adults and 4 children (2 of which are severely autistic.) with no prior communication regarding this issue, when we landed in the country we received a message stating that the water was disconnected until 5pm due to repairs. We accepted this and assumed that the problem would be resolved and as we were not due to check in until 8pm the host would do their due diligence and check that the issue was resolved before paying guests checked in. Unfortunately this was not the case, we arrived late at 9pm after a long day travelling to find that the apartment had no water supply. This was severely distressing as we could not have a shower, flush the toilet or even do the most simplest of tasks like brushing our teeth. After multiple attempts to contact the host via text and phone call they finally got in touch at around 2200 hours to address the situation and promised that they would have it sorted within the hour. By 11pm we had no contact and had to chase the situation, I cannot express how stressed we were, especially my autistic children. Eventually we received a phone call to say that if we were not happy with the situation we could go to a different apartment but had to make our own way there. Obviously with tired children, it had been a long day we declined and said that we would be happy to stay and buy bottled water based upon the promise that water would be back on by the morning. Morning came, but unfortunately water did not. More phone calls were left unanswered until eventually building manager ‘Ricardo’ assured us that the water supply would be back on by lunchtime.

"The host questions the number of people in the apartment."

The apartment does not agree with the current state in the photos. A lot of damage, dirt under the beds, non-working coffee machine and much more. Take pictures after checking in, the landlord extorts money to cover damages that were already in the apartment.
