Cosy apartment near city center

Central place, close to the city tram. Also quiet.

Very cosy and quiet, as expected. Extraordinary clean, and beautiful place. Very kind staff who explained clear house rules making it easier. Perfec location with safe environment, and close to the course at university i had to attend, plus regular tram every few minutes to the airport. Very comfortable bed and good snack. Thanks to the hosts.

Very attractive and clean apartment with everything and more than I needed to feel at home. Location is great in a quiet cosy area surrounded by mountains, lakes, shops, places to eat, public transport, natures for activities, close to the tram going every 5 minutes to both the airport and city center, which is convenient. Best for a solo traveler who appreciates safety and cleanliness with privacy and harmony. Be aware to behave yourself because the host is a dutiful policeman and a respectful doctor. The staff is very helpful and reasonable. I respected their time and their reasonable house rules, so this place was heaven. Any reasonable person would love this place. Snack, coffee, tea and refrigerated drinking water on the house is a nice touch also, they've thought of everything with service first in mind. They even offered me an umbrella incase it rained. But be aware not to be greedy to expect a Buckingham palace when you pay for an apartment. They are surely proper and intelligent people who appreciate good cooperation and don't take nonsense and I like that.

Good location. Pick-up of keys organized as agreed (although quite strict policy). Very nice and welcoming service by the person bringing the keys.

Customers should not be treated as a potential threat for an apartment. They/we are primarily looking for a cozy place to stay (and this one is like that!), not aiming to cause harm for anyone's property. The way of communicating with paying customers (in messages and notes) could thus be much more respectful instead of just highlighting the strictness of rules and potential sanctions.

Very clean, beautiful, and cozy apartment. It is in a great, quiet location, with very convenient tram connections to the city center and the airport. The host was super kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
