Unfortunately I never received notification from the booking site re how to access the keys and enter the property until after I called them once I'd arrived at the property. I then had to wait to get access as it was yet to be cleaned, despite requesting in advance for an early check in.

NAThe apartment was beachfront so it was very lovely waking up to such a beautiful view. Location is perfect; the area is relatively quiet. The decoration is beautiful, and the apartment clean. The host truly paid attention to detail… the kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, they had basic condiments +coffee, tea, milk and rusks as well, and there were lamps around the apartment incase of load shedding. Checkin was smooth. The host was readily available, and quick to respond, they also offered details as instructions. All in all, it was a great vacation stay. Very relaxing, beautiful and secure.

CNReally stunning studio with breathtaking views in the most perfect location. Everything was spotless and I loved the attention to detail and effort that went into the welcome notes and treats.
I asked for a possible early checkin and was told it won’t be possible, but that I could drop my luggage anytime from 12pm; an offer I didn’t use. I later, at around 1pm, received a message saying that checkin will be delayed by 30mins - 1hour. I refused to accept this as I needed a place to shower and change and also because I paid for 15pm - 10am. I asked management to cancel the booking and offer a refund, however they refused and showed zero empathy for the inconvenience caused. After a few phone calls, and me suggesting a later (30mins) checkout, they agreed. Upon arrival at 15:30pm, cleaning was not done and the housekeeper (who is lovely) eventually left at 16:00pm. In short, be prepared for delays with zero understanding from management of how inconvenient this might be.
ZAThe property is ideally located, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and has everything you’d need for a short stay. The views are incredible and the hosts pay great attention to detail.

BWEverything about the place was just amazing. Location. Peaceful, quiet, spacious but also cosy. It was just perfect for a little getaway for my fiance and I. A lot of thought was put into putting it together and the furnishings and finishings were very simple, yet elegant and classy.

Check in from 3pm and check out at 10am. So an overnight stay is 17 hours, which is not great value. Instructions to find the parking should be clearer.
