"AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE IN A DELIGHTFUL LOCATION"

The location was excellent and easy to find, parking available on the drive and also on the road if needed. The hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. The catering facilities were good and there was fresh milk and condiments available. All the toiletries and kitchen cleaning goods available. The cleanliness was to a very high standard. Good location for visiting Poole (Tuesday night Motor bikers delight) close to Sandbanks and the ferry. Brownsea island and river cruises from the Quay.

There was nothing that could have been improved on.

Teresa and Shaun are really friendly people, They make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The annexe is lovely and great value for money. Ideally situated and also in a quiet road.

"Superb"

Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice sofa. All very clean and tidy.

Pillows a bit thin so put cushions underneath to plump them up. Just need replacing thats all.

"Home from home - will book again!"

The location was perfect for my needs and the facilities were excellent. A beautifully presented and clean property with excellent facilities. The host was very attentive and welcoming, helping me out to find local amenities and locations. For me, travelling for work I enjoy a home from home experience and this is certainly what i got at this property. As a female travelling alone I valued the security and free, onsite parking that this property offers...will definitely be booking here again!
