Local to Russells Hall Hospital

It was a convenient position.Lounge and bathroom really clean with plenty of hot water. After a few hiccups our WLAN worked really well. The breakfast package was a sweet touch.

The kitchen was not the cleanest,particularly the hob. Also kitchen was not so well equipped..washing up liquid no sponges,no dish towel,no frying pan or spatula . outmost times,but liked to have bacon and eggs at home, which proved difficult with only a small saucepan.No corkscrew or bottle opener. lso a dustpan and brush would have been helpful.

Excellent heating and hot water. The lady who received us was very obliging and provided everything we requested. Parking and privacy.

The approach to it was off-putting. The carpet and kitchen were nice but needed cleaning. The drawer of the wardrobe was broken and unusable. There was a lack of kitchen equipment eg; cooking utensils and pans. The bed was too soft and springy for us. There was only one easy chair.

The host was present upon arrival and spent a few minutes to ensure I understood the security access to the premises. A short while later I had an issue with the hot water. The host was immediately contactable by phone and that problem was quickly resolved. Tea and coffee making facilities were available including some fresh milk in the fridge.
