FERENIKIS LUXURY HOUSE OLD TOWN

The housekeeper was there to meet us at the apartment which was 11pm. She was very helpful and sent check in messages and passed by to check we were all ok. The apartment has everything we needed - even a local cat. The terrace was a nice touch as the extra outdoor space was a nice place to sit. The breakfast was in a local cafe around 2 minutes from the apartment. Good choice - from English breakfast, omelettes, to sweet breakfast like fruit and pancakes. Sitting outside watching the world go by was a lovely first hour of the day. The staff were very friendly. The area had plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. We walked to Elli Beach one day and got the bus to Lindos, and did all the museums in the Old Town - the walk round the moat was nice it's around 2 miles but very quiet which we enjoyed. If you want to really experience the Old Town I would definitely recommend Ferenikis Luxury House. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you

The location of the property is amazing. It’s very close to the main port and all the restaurants, shops and cafes are in a short walking distance. It’s in a sweet quiet narrow street away from the crowds. Inside the house we had everything we would ask for. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The patio is also a big plus with a large table and comfy chairs. Our host Themis is a lovely lady. She helped us with everything we needed. She made things much easier for us and we highly appreciate it. 🙏🙏

Climbing the stairs leading to the mezzanine level might be challenging for older people and little children. However we had no difficulty with it.

The location was great. The property was close to old city’s main squares with many shops, mini markets, restaurants and cafe/bars around. Breakfast was available, served in a nearby cafe/restaurant.

Although the house was quite spacious -open space kitchen living room with a good size bathroom-, the loft bedroom had a very low ceiling and it was impossible to stand upright. Furthermore, the steep and narrow staircase to loft was dangerous as there was no handrail to hold. No housekeeping service was available. However, there was a very helpful lady who provided clean towels and sheets.

Tammy is a stand-out host - professional, attentive and highly responsive. The property was very clean, in a good state and well-equipped. All facilities as new - including the (much-appreciated) washing machine. The yard outside is a nice space to use and is also well-maintained. The location is residential, close to the centre of action and attractions in the Old Town, but still quiet and private.

I used only the lower floor of the apartment - not the mezzanine bed area. As I stayed in August, it was hot, so the apartment remained cooler on the ground floor (especially with the use of the air-conditioning unit). The mezzanine was also reached by a ladder staircase, with no handrail, and (at 165cm) I was not able to stand up straight on that platform.

The property has a very nice location making it easy to explore the old town and get to various food spots. A bigger beach is a 20 minutes walk away but you can also find small water spots closer as well. It was very nice that the property hat well working AC as well as a huge fridge. Also the terrace was nice to sit on cause the street is relatively calm even though it is so close to all the action of the old town. Most importantly we liked the contact with housekeeping. Tammy was super nice and made sure to answer questions and requests anytime. The contact has constantly been super respectful and nice making the stay really comfortable and easy.

One little thing I missed was a second power socket near the bed upstairs. It is nothing too bad but just something that would be an extra good point. Also the dining area is a bit small next to the couch but you can move it or just eat on the terrace if you want to. We didn’t use it much.

Perfect apartment in the heart of the old town with a really cool patio overlooking the street Big plus that fact that they have a really good shower with glass doors that keep the bathroom clean, especially if you are a big group. I would recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay while in Rhodes. Clean, homey and great facilities. Location is amazing! A very short walk to the main part of restaurants, cafes and shops. A very short walk to a grocery store. Tammy was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. She made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place to stay if visiting Rhodes!

I had a lovely experience at Ferenikis. Temmy was a very welcoming hostess, the studio appartment was spotlessly clean and ideally situated in a calm street in the old town. I was able to cook quite easily, the kitchen being fully equipped. Offering breakfast for guests at a nearby café was a nice touch.

I had some trouble finding the place at first, and would recommend putting up a "Ferenikis" sign on the portal if possible. Careful with the stairs leading up to the bedroom area as they are very steep and there's nothing to hold on to when you're climbing down. The quality of the breakfast was a bit random : I would only recommend the English or Greek breakfast dishes.

The location is inside old town, so there are many restaurants and bars nearby for lunch and dinner. I appreciated the presence of the washing machine very useful to wash swimwear and towel after a day at beach. The house keeper gave us a lot of advices about places, beaches and restaurants and was always available on our requests.
