Large rooms and fully equipped apartments. We had two for our family and one had the 'best view' of Valletta. A short walk to many restaurants and the ferry. The concierge staff day and night were friendly and helpful. Handy to have use of the indoor poor and the lido easily accessed across the road.

Would have liked to have our apartments in the same block but it was fine.

Toller Ausblick. Gemütliche, komfortable Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Tenía excelentes vistas a Valetta y está bien ubicado. El apartamento es grande.

INFESTADO DE CUCARACHAS (38, algunas de 5cm!!) TOMAD FOTOS, NO OS FIÉIS DE LAS QUE HAGA EL RECEPCIONISTA Cuando llegamos (madre e hija) había CUCARACHAS EN 2 DE LOS 3 DORMITORIOS (5), que maté. Al buscar escoba, CUCARACHA DE 5 cm. EL RECEPCIONISTA LA FOTOGRAFIÓ Y LA MATÓ.. Al irse, VARIAS CUCARACHAS CORRIENDO POR SALÓN, DOS DE 5 CM CORRIENDO POR NUESTRA FRUTA. RECEPCIONISTA NO QUISO SUBIR YA. A l día siguiente, 3 SEÑORAS DE LA LIMPIEZA echaron matacucarachas y se fueron Al regresar nosotras, 32 CUCARACHAS AGONIZANTES O MUERTAS. que barrí y arrojé por la terraza psra que mi hija se tranquilizara. COMO MI HIJA ESTABA FATAL (fobia a insectos tras mala experiencia de pequeña), SOLO PENSÉ EN DESHACERME DE CUCARACHAS LO ANTES POSIBLE Y NO SE ME OCURRIÓ HACER FOTOS. Al irnos, la recepcionista nos dijo qie unas semanas antes ERAN TANTAS LAS CUCARACHAS que tuvieron que llamar a un EXTERMINADOR. Pese a haber 5 personas del hotel implicadas, fotos del recepcipnista, y haber sufrido una plaga EL HOTEL NIEGA LOS HECHOS PORQUE NO TOMÉ FOTOS. No os fiéis del personal si toma fotos, hacedlas vosotros. MORALEJA: TOMAD FOTOS DE LAS CUCARACHAS SI TENÉIS EL VALOR DE ALOJAROS AQUÍ!!! .

Unfortunately the heating/air con was not working correctly. Although this was "fixed" on the second day, it turned out to not be fully fixed. It was not too big a problem but perhaps should have been checked before we arrived considering the highish-end nature of the accomodation.

Experiencia maravillosa. Después de una situación muy complicada, llegar a este alojamiento fue un auténtico alivio. Todo estaba impecable, muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos cómodos y tranquilos, algo que valoramos muchísimo viajando con dos niñas. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y ayuda de Renuka y Aashish, que fueron encantadores en todo momento, muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que volveríamos sin dudar. Muchas gracias por todo.
