Staff , room and cleaness

We like to drink coffee or tea in the morning but the were no satchets

No remote for key,we had to call them to come and open for us after an event around 4am,they do head count ,they don't want visitors. The water was very cold

I liked the bed and bathtub

The bathroom cistern could have been repaired

The cleanliness of the room The bathroom

There were no towels in the bathroom

I liked the fact that the staff was friendly, the place was clean except that It was cleaned twice In the 5days I spent there, and I also like the fact that the place looks exactly like it is on pictures.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave the room keys with the staff members whenever i go out (even during the day) , when I return at night the receptionist is already asleep then i have to call her and disturb her peaceful sleep or hoot at the gate as i don't have the remote for the gate. The water was always cold or luke warm. The coffee supplies were not replenished. Electricity was also a problem as it will just switch off at anytime.
