"Scammer homestay"

Scammer and Bad homestay, Scam cleaning fee RM 30. Before check in collect Deposit RM 100. First day check in gas cooker not active, text and call no answer, next day only reply and settle issue. After check out query us why not washing plate and clean living table, and send 1 picture claim penalty deduct on deposit. We had pay out RM 50 cleaning fee when booking at booking.com. Ayaan homestay still need we cleaning for them. Bullshit at all communication, then why we need RM 50 cleaning fee. Ayaan homestay Deduct RM 30 on deposit refund. They really is scammer. Our money is not easy come and easy go.
