GBGBBright and airy.
GBProperty was in a great location, walking distance to pubs and bus stop right outside to take us into Scarborough. The property itself was really spacious, especially with there being 7 of us and the balcony was a great feature.
Just some minor things that are easily fixed e.g cobwebs between furniture and in bedrooms and just general wear and tear on the wall. The freezer door was also broken off from a previous tenant but that’s no fault of the property, they apologised for this.
GBRoom and bathroom were very clean. Felt relaxed in there. Plenty of space. No parking issues. No problem with accessing keys in the lock box.
These are not negatives, but suggestions for improvement. A small fridge would be useful to store fresh milk etc. The milk sachets did not last the duration of our stay so having a cup of tea became a problem. No bedroom mirror - a mirror in the bedroom would be very useful (at a height suitable for shorter people too). When the bathroom was occupied I couldn't access the mirror. When I was able to get to it, it was a long stretch on tip-toe, over the sink, to be able to see clearly to put on make-up. Mirror needs to be near a plug socket so the the hairdryer can be used more easily. Kettle, tea, coffee - were located on the tall cupboard. There is space in the room for a lower level table on which these could be placed.

Lots of cobwebs and spiders in main bedroom, could have been dusted and cleaned better. Difficult to fully stand up in shower or parts of 2 bedrooms due to ceiling height

TV works using a Firestick and is v slow. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk, and only 2 sachets of coffee for 2 of us over 3 days. Generally clean, but some damp in the bathroom is starting to show on the walls.
GBOnly one minor thing, the balcony could have been cleared - lots of branches and leaves making it slippery.
