Fantastic apartment. Really good stay, everything you need. Free parking

Not enough spaces for everyone to sit on sofa etc some had to sit on hard dining chairs & a tad dusty in high to reach places. But that didn't stop us really enjoying our stay.

Spacious and well equipped with everything you’d need. Great, quiet location for visiting Scarborough. Free parking outside. Excellent communication with host.

I think i misunderstood when booking, was expecting facilities available to make a simple breakfast, of toast or cereal

There are two separate dwellings up the stairs. There is a clearly labelled separate key box for each, outside.... Once you enter the code, there are two keys on the ring, which are not labelled "front door" or "apartment door" but are identical in appearance... so Sod's law is: you'll usually try the wrong one first most of the time, and you'll require both hands to open either door, forcing you to put anything you're holding, on the ground in the process of playing the key lottery. When you reach the top of the stairs, you have to guess which door is yours... They are clearly labelled on the key boxes "Beckview apartment," and "Beckview En Suite" ... but not on either of the doors upstairs, which is ridiculous, and such an easy fix with a sign... (On arrival, I found myself trying both my unlabelled keys in the apartment door of the wrong room!! so it's a good job nobody was home). TV has an aerial booster on the window ledge; but I quickly gave up trying to get a reception, as it wasn't working... There is a firestick that was signed into netflix... Obviously the previous occupant had left their account signed in, as the following day, it no longer worked. I assumed the owner had provided the netflix account in order to make up for the lack of TV signal... but no! It was an oversight... The room is advertised with free WIFI.... After searching the entire room for any welcome pack/information/instruction guide, but to no avail, I ventured out onto the landing... then down the stairs, to see if I'd walked past a sign? But there was nothing. I texted and emailed the property manager to request the WIFI password.... and after almost two hours, they finally replied, bluntly with exactly that, nothing more, and no explanation as to why they don't naturally provide it, in a room that is advertised with "free WIFI" ?
