Good location, close to city centre.

They need to work a lot more on improving the washroom. Door needs maintenance, shower is kind of difficult to use efficiently, same goes for the sink.

Very convenient location within San José del Cabo, near the square with Arts Walk and lots of restaurants and other activities. There is also a Walmart close by with lots of fresh produce which made it easy to shop and cook for ourselves. The apartment provided an induction cooktop, microwave, and a small refrigerator so very nice for a one week stay. It was easy and safe to park on the street right in front, though it could be a bit busy during peak evening time especially on Thursday when Art Walk is happening. By 10pm there was always a spot right in front of the apartment.

The neighbourhood streets could seem a bit dirty with garbage often left on the streets, though this is not really the fault or in control of the apartment operator. There did not seem to be a designated location for us to leave our garbage bag from the kitchen so we ended up just leaving it with a pile across the street. Perhaps could improve the stay by leaving brief instructions on what to do about that. The apartment did not have a number on the outside so we were a bit confused about which door it was, but the YouTube video about the key pickup explained everything so it was OK. The exterior of the apartment was not as nice as the inside, but maybe it is for the better so it does not look like a tourist hotel.
