Dark at doors at night. Funky locks that would stay open unless you locked back (no one told me about that). Not enough vending machines. No elevator. How do you have a 3 story hotel with no elevator?

We struggled with the modern technology for heating & cooling along with the tv. We managed ok without calling for assistance.
