INFelt like a scam, I booked the hotel 2 weeks in advance but when reached for checkin, the staff at reception told that the whole hotel is booked and they don't have a room for us. They didn't let us in the hotel and guided us to another hotel which was the dirtiest and worst hotel and charged more than what we agreed for stay at Hotel Impress. Don't book this hotel if you want to travel with Family. So we are never ever again going to book this hotel or any such hotel in this vicinity, they just keep making fool of customers better to book a hotel around 6 to 8k in the airport itself and have a safe place to stay rather than trusting any of such hotels in the Mahipalpur area.
They scammed and moved us to the dirtiest hotel, It was late at night so we had no option but to agree. We stayed up all night as there was lot of noise and people outside the room were playing loud music. The sheets and everything around looks to be covered in stains and the window was broken which was letting the cold air in.
DEThe staff and manager were polite and friendly. The food was delicious, and the taxi service was quick. It’s an average hotel but good for the price.
