Very central location

Room condition was not as advertised - white walls had brown/red stains, toilet wall had 2 holes which were not fixed, curtains were not hooked on properly due to the lack of hooks. The bed was also flushed right against the radiator; this is clearly a fire hazard. The room advertised had a full-length mirror, which was not present in our room. Check-in after 8pm is at the Calypso Hotel; this was not communicated to us prior to check-in. Thankfully Robert was kind enough to answer the door and direct us to the Calypso yo collect our keys.

for the price we payed, cheap and chearful, clean sheets and quilt, hot water, what more do you want , 5 of us in a room, yes a bit squashed but its only somewhere to put your head down tea n coffee also would we stay here again, yes for this price we would

we only used it as a base to get changed and sleep you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect 5 star facilities
