Hotel was very stylish. Front desk staff were very helpful with the small cafe offering snacks until late into night. Room was clean, spacious with a an excellent bathroom (separate toilet) and separate walk in cupboard for clothes. Floor was very quiet and seemed to be a family floor with rooms designed for children eg 'Island Room' and 'Racing Room' (although I did not see into these rooms). Closer to Namhansanseong Fortress than Seoul.

Breakfast was very late on Saturday (0730) and so would not suit a business person who had to be elsewhere. Coffee was available through out night. This hotel would not suit tourists unless they specifically were wanting to look at lesser known outer parts of Seoul. It was a long distance to the centre of the city and traffic was terrible. It took 2.5 hours to go from here back to Seoul Station. So it is not recommended for holiday accommodation. Most people staying were Korean. The signs around the hotel (menus, information) were all in Korean with no English. This indicates that it is catering to a local market. Keep in mind that Seognam is an outer city from Seoul and is a planned city so there would not be a great deal to do if wanting to stay a number of days. Access to Suwon is better from here than Seoul but if going to Suwon you would probably stay there. If going to Namhansanseong Fortress I would recommend staying in Seoul and taking a day trip.

Very large choice of breakfast, I really recommend booking the room including breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

It is not the first time, as the hotel stay is paid through booking.com, the staff at the reception didn't want to give me the invoice and told me I should contact Booking.com for this. I need the invoice as I need to enter this for my business trip. The argument they used is that they don't know how much I paid to Booking.com so they cannot create an invoice? :-( . This is not the only hotel where I already had the same discussion. I think Booking.com should align better with hotel management and also make it very clear in the Booking.com app.

Very large bed room, very clean. I love the large choice of breakfast buffet.

Once again I had a discussion with hotel reception staff about the invoice, although everything was already paid in advance through booking.com the staff did not want me to give me the invoice, the booking confirmation document from booking.com is not sufficient and cannot be used as an invoice because of tax reasons, a confirmation is not the same as an invoice.
