部屋の床が木材でとても気持ちが良かった。

旧市街から少し離れているところが良かった。 ホテルの前に大きなパーキングもあるので車を呼ぶ時も便利だった

Absolutely everything- it was beyond fabulous. I have stayed at countless 5 star resorts- The Ritz, Viceroy etc and this was the best! Staff, the spa, the outdoor pool, the library/pool room, the exquisite grounds- perfectly groomed and smells wonderful.. At first glance the breakfast buffet at Deck 1 looked ordinary - but it wasn't at all and you can order off a menu too. We ate there the first night and it was really good. They have a security guard who stops traffic for you so you can get across to the restaurant and you can have room service from the restaurant. There are also kayaks to use for free and a shuttle bus to take you to the market/Old town- we didn't use the bus as like to walk. We stayed at two other 5 star resorts on this trip to Thailand - they were lovely but nothing like this.

The fact that I had to leave. The photos online are great but they don't capture the beauty of it all! The hotel is off a main road but as soon as you turn in and walk through the gate you are in an "Oasis". Not the hotels fault- but second night there- at 1:15am two women staying in the two rooms next to us walked passed and thought it was okay to have a conversation like it was 1:15 in the day- laughing etc. Woke me up and I was awake for the rest of the night- so lost an entire night sleep!

Good location.Walking distance to old town and market.Free shuttle service very convenient.Good breakfast selection, good coffee and cold pressed juices.Great service from the restaurant crew.Special mention to barrister Tee who made the great coffee.Such a relaxing vibe dining at the restaurant besides the river.Beautiful swimming pool, hydro pool and onsen.Spa service is good too.Definitely will be back when visiting Chiangmai.Highly recommended. A Big thank you to the Reception team who makes our stay extra special.

I like staff hospitality the most. All stations from the reception to Deck One restaurant, staff show caring and service minded. This is not my first time, every time I stay here, I feel welcome and impressive. For visitors who love massage as I do, I highly recommend you to stay here. BF is also excellent, they offer a wide variety of food and drink.
