Nothing!

We had a horrible experience! The apartment was dirty, the linen was torn, and the smell from the inside was horrible. We couldn’t stay more than 15 minutes, and we left. We did not receive any explanation from the owner, and we were not refunded the money. Furthermore, we made a complaint to Booking, and they did not help us either, although we offered proof pictures and everything was done through them. Avoid if you do not want to be in our situation!
