Excellent house in a quiet area

Comfortable and clean home. Ideal location.

Thoughtful place to provide things such as high chair and cot on asking.

We absolutely loved everything about the place! It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, homely and stunning. Roland was also very informative, attentive, helpful and also very flexible. I wished we'd stayed longer, everything you needed was there e.g shops and transport. If I go back to Bristol I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Spacious, clean, comfortable.

The things we liked about the property were: 1. Location. Even though in a regular residential area, there were small, but good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as a small Co-op for your daily needs. The area is lively and well kept. There are bus stops around the corner but the service is unreliable. 2. The space. Having a complete house for two people is too much, but very pleasant. 3. The shower in the attic was spacious, with good water pressure. 4. Large TV and sound bar in the living room. 5. Private parking next to the house.

What we didn't like... 1. The smell! We counted 6 perfumizers (for want of a better word...😊) throughout the house, each with a different "perfume". The total effect was nauseating. 2. The house felt unclean. Stains in the carpeting. The washing machine had mould inside. 3. The house badly needs TLC. The garden with patio was not maintained and wild. The kitchen door gets stuck on the floor. Cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen don't close properly. One stove burner didn't work until after a proper cleaning. 4. There is no dishwasher. 5. The house can sleep 6 people, but the equipment in the kitchen doesn't reflect this and is simply unfit for proper cooking, even for 2 people. There is an oven, but there are no oven dishes. There are 2 small sauce pans, 2 very large frying pans and 1 very large cooking pot. There was a lid for a 3rd large sauce pan, but we couldn't find it...

The home was beautiful, spacious and it was nearby to shops and a cafe. The location was fantastic and everything in the home was spotless. Tea and milk was provided, as were towels and bedding! I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time I visit Bristol.

Absolutely nothing was dislikeable, this property was perfect.
