As everyone checking out for 11am, we had to wait an hour for lifts before reaching the ground floor, some kind of staggering planned will be great
MYIt's comfortable enough for a small family like us, the pillow and bedsheets smeels good... The staff was helpful...it's equip with microwave so that we can heat our food, basic kitchen utensils and a pot, can do a simple cooking like Maggi or fry egg and sausages but in the pot.... The unit only provide 5 plates without any bowl so we cannot cook soup related food, unless u bring your own bowl.
This is the end unit, so we can't see the genting view, hence we understand why it's cheap compare with the rest. If possible to repair the sofabed, add small pan for frying egg and perhaps bowl for us to enjoy hot soup... The rest is OK except for the waiting time for the lift to go down during check out time
MYThe unit was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient with easy access to Genting Highlands attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The overall environment felt safe and quiet, perfect for a short getaway.
The toilet had an unpleasant smell during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if the management could look into improving the ventilation or cleanliness in the bathroom area.
