"Don’t waste your time or money on this place. This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had."

1.0

location is not far from touristic places.

If you want to experience the worst days of your trip to Tbilisi during winter, this apartment is the perfect choice. The only positive thing about it is the location, and that’s where the list of pros ends. The apartment is in a terrible state. Dirt is everywhere, the bathroom was full of hair, and we had to clean the electric kettle ourselves. The marble floors are unbearably cold, so we had to buy slippers just to walk around. Walking in outdoor shoes wasn’t an option either because it’s winter and the streets are muddy. The host claimed the apartment hadn’t been rented for a month, and it’s easy to see why. Despite booking two weeks in advance, the place wasn’t prepared for our arrival. When we brought up the issues, the host refused to compromise or offer any solutions. Instead, he only called back later to ask when we would be leaving.
