Lokalita je velmi dobrá - cca 15 min od nádraží na vlak či do nákupního centra a do 5 min od centra města. Ubytování je navíc non-stop chráněno kamerou a navíc i služebnou MP naproti.

Chybí věšáky na ručníky - na ty větší vedle sprchy a na menší vedle umyvadla (stačily by i ty nalepovací, aby se nevrtal obklad)
