Seven Seas Condo Resort Jomtien

Poor cleaning property, even the bed sheet didn't changed, no cooperation from the owner, old consumed furnisher, the shower have only hot water no option.

Clean , 8th floor.

Sofa out of date Door look broken , nobody came Poor communication.

Locate on 8th floor of building D with seaview no building block the view. Check-in and check-out were easy as instructed. Convenient location. Great pool.

The room smelled like somebody had been smoked in there. The sofa without cover has been absorbed with that smell. The blanket/duvet had no inner piece, just the cover on the bed. Parking lot can be problematic if come during weekends or long holiday.

The swimmingpool was the highlight. Our kids loved it. Apartment was great, it nice that it’s more like a little apartment instead hotelroom.

The communication was terrible. We got NO information whatsoever about our stay. They told us where the key was and that’s it. I asked multiple times on multiple days about the wifipasword and we never got an answer. On the second day they said that the wifi didn’t work. Which was weird as we saw the signal & the modem in the room. Just not the password. Also no information about where to leave the garbage. You feel not taken serious as someone just doesn’t reply or give you any sort of info. (So if you book, on every floor is a garbageroom where you can bring your garbage. Most times close to the elevator.)

The Owner and Manager of the apartment helped us in everything. Special thanks to them. Definitely recommend u to stay, its a perfect price value place
