Eastwood Hotel Unit across Mall

The place is non existent - it was a scam ! I did not end up using the facility because it is nowhere to be found and the contact phone number is fake !

I got a glimpse of the property for for 2 minutes, then I was escorted by security guard to go down to wait at the lobby until they clear the confusion between the property manager and the concierge and security guard.

While waiting for them to clear, (which never happened) we had to wait at the lobby where so many mosquitoes bit me and my husband. I hated that the staff didn’t have the courtesy to help us (seniors) have a little comfort while they settle their confusion. We arrived at 10:45 to check-in and by 12:15, we still had to wait at the lobby. We were tired from a long flight from the states and were very sleepy already. We asked them to let us at least rest in the room while they deal with their issues. I paid for our accommodation when I booked and were very disappointed that they wouldn’t let us in the room. This was because the property manager emailed the concierge to add me and my husband in room 38B which already had 3 guests, all starngers to me. But the property manager instructed me to get the key to room 37H. Something is fishy here. And I feel that I got scammed. My husband was too upset and tired to wait, we booked a hotel room instead and left the this property. It was unfair. I told the property manager “jerome” to refund my payment instead that very same night/morning (12:13), but I didn’t get a response. Today 1/5/24 the amount is already posted in my credit card.
