There is a Staff named NISHA who is really a Good and Helpful staff at the Front Counter who knows her job well ..She knows how to tackle in any difficult situations..She should be promoted to Manager as per my expectation..

The Breakfast was not at our expectations as We are NRI and it's too spicy..The counter Staff was not that experience when first attend the hotel on our first day at night ..They didn't know what an OCI card means even the manager also didn't know what is an OCI card which replace a visa and they didn't send a person to accompany us in our room and they didn't tell you what the time of breakfast....

Nisha was incredibly courteous and attentive throughout my stay. She made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth check-in process. Her friendliness truly set the tone for the rest of my visit. Ravindra, the manager, deserves special mention for his professionalism and leadership. He personally checked in with me to ensure everything was going well, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his guests' comfort. His approachable and kind demeanor created a reassuring atmosphere that made the entire experience feel more personal.

The stay was fantastic in all aspects. Food was clean, non spicy and tasty. Location is very good. Staffs are very well behaved and cooperating specially mentioned to Nisha .mam . Rooms are very very good. Ms Puja and Nisha ma'am and ravindar have been very helpful and Cooperating. I will visit here again and I would suggest others also to try this place.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Greater Noida! The property was huge, classy and professional, with neat and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast buffet was awesome too! Special mention for Nisha at the front office - she was extremely helpful from booking to check-in, facilitated an early check-in without extra charges and had a warm smile throughout. Highly recommend!
