Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was neat and clean, and the overall service was really good. The staff were polite, supportive, and always ready to help. A special mention to Nisha for her kindness and assistance throughout the stay — truly appreciated. Also, I’d like to compliment the chef during breakfast. It was great to see him personally visiting tables, checking if everything was fine, and ensuring guests had everything they needed. That level of care really made a difference. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nothing waste of money and time .

Very uncomfortable and unprofessional staff. They need proper customer service training. Since checkin till checkout pathetic experience. Room was not prepared even i did late check-in. No amenities in the room from water till hand towels. WiFi didn't work properly every time you have to call to get access. In middle of my con call it went off and no help from reception 😒

The Reception staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Nisha Thakur. She was very helpful. So were the dining room staff, especially Deepanshu. He was very helpful in us deciding our dinner and got us great tea at breakfast.

The rooms could have been cleaner. This includes the pillow covers, the sheets , the towels and the floor. The cleaning team seemed very mechanical. We identified the dirt and dirty items and they replaced them one by one. Showed no initiative.

It’s located centrally in greater Noida and close to metro.

The property needs a little TLC. The drapes were frayed and the bed linen as well. The bathroom more akin to a motel. No shower stall but rather a flimsy plastic curtain. Bathroom had one bath towel and Id requested a face and hand towel. So housekeeping needs a little training.
