Blackout curtains and n a bedrooms would be much appreciated.

Perfect for all our needs, with lots of amenities near by & was nice & peaceful 👍 Would highly recommend 😀

Great place, very well set up. Lovely furniture. Quiet location. Always lots of on street parking available right outside. I was travelling for work and it was very straightforward.

Easy arrival; excellent instructions. There's no houses opposite so never any problem (on-street) parking. The house was well sized and well equipped. Bed was comfy in the main room. I didn't try the others, but they did look cosy and welcoming. Easy enough to log in to the WiFi.

The main bedroom is east-facing and really needs a blackout curtain as the sun streams in as soon as it rises. The dining room could do with a proper table and chairs; the property sleeps 5, but the table only sits 4.

Beautiful house, very tastefully decorated and furnished. Top quality furnishings and fittings. Exceptional host that helped fully when I had a small issues that rectified very quickly. Spacious, warm, comfortable and spotless.

Not a salubrious area but as a lone female I felt perfectly safe and went walking by myself at night to local shop - only 5 mins walk away.

This 3 bed house is so tranquil, calm and well maintained. Warm, welcoming and lovely decorated. It has everything one would need when away from home. Everything is in pristine conditions. Its around 10 min walking distance from the train station and the town centre. If im ever back in Grimsby i will not hesitate to re-book this lovely place

We enjoyed our stay, didn't want to leave the whole house was lovely and clean. Very central to everything especially the Town centre and Lidl just round the corner. Kitchen well equipped and lovely sized bedrooms. Definitely a stay to remember.

Very nice all facilities like new very comfortable. Easy to park, keys in drop box so easy in out. Would recommend very central few minutes from motorway nr town centre, so good for business people staying over.

One or two small snagging things as newly renovated property nothing to spoil stay.
