A "Presidential Suite" should deliver a premium experience, but ours was anything but. We had no hot water, communication was poor, promises to fix the issue went unfulfilled, and we were ultimately forced to leave early and arrange alternative accommodation. The lack of accountability and after-service has been as disappointing as the stay itself. I would not return or recommend this property.

Location, price

We waited at the gate for 20min. Rang 5 numbers- no answer. Eventually got ahold of the staff to open. Rooms were dilapidated and dirty. The fridge only had 3 legs,. The blinds were broken. Bedside lamps not working. The toilet seat was broken in half. Complimentary cofee- no milk in one room and no cups in the other. Someone cooking the most smelly food - the entire place stinks. This is not a boutique hotel- rather a badly run guesthouse

Riad and his staff were great. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff are very friendly and the places has a nice view. The breakfast was also nice

Their water issue. We struggled with hot water throughout our stay. It made us delay some of the things we wanted to do because we had to wait for the water to be atleast warm and that took hours and hours. The water was never hot and i had flue so it made my stay very difficult and unpleasant There were also big cats inside the property and i am very scared of cats

The food waa fair even though dinner orders took long.

The place was disastrous. There was no hot water on the 1st 2 days of stay. On Saturday they made plans and warmed water for us. On Sunda, no communication, the whole day. Communication with us was appalling to say the least. The plug sockets kept tripping throughout our stay there. The front desk was always empty, with no clear direction to guests of how things work. Even when we booked out today, we had to figure it out for ourselves what to do with the room keys.
