Kuching Near BDC Cozy Apartment

Two rooms and capacity is enough for family of five. Extra foldable mattress available. Swimming pool and the gym. The location is good and quiet. Easy to find food and e-hailing transport.

The check in system is good but when we reached the main door is locked. There is 24hrs security on duty but we are not lucky because the security is sleeping under the loby bench. We call his mobile phone and we heard his phone ringing but then he switched off. Luckily there is resident came home to open the door as the key is inside the mailbox after the main door. Once we entered the security wake up and give us many excuses. When we enter the apartment its smell weird. Some area is dusty. We cleaned and sweep the floor ourself. Kitchen's sink is also cloged. The toilet is nice but a little bit dirty like it was not clened for a while. We are charged for cleaning services but I guess the cleanliness is not worth for the charges also in the last minute we are told to throw our rubbish ourself. There is no washing machine but there is pre-paid washing shop nearby. The bed setup is nice but the biggest mattress is not in good shape. There will be rm200 refundable deposit and refunded after checkiled out. Overall stay was good and there are still room for improvement.

The location is okay because there are so many restaurant and if you dont want to go out you can just order by grabfood or foodpanda..

The balcony doesnt have chair or table to chill. And then wifi and place to cook..
