Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest staying is not the cardholder or if the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. Under no circumstances will the hotel honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without the presentation of the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to noncompliance of these requirements . Ramadan special: • All bookings that include a normal breakfast will be provided/ initialed Sahour meal instead. • Iftar Ramadan Buffet price is 246 SAR per person per meal subject to 15% VAT. • Sahour Ramadan buffet price is 246 SAR per person per meal subject to 15% VAT. • Please note that during Ramadan, restaurant access and dining entitlements will be provided through Brand Wallet digital passes. Family policy: • Children up to 18 years old stay free (with parents, who can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. • Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. • For children aged 6 - 11 years old, there is a 50% discount on meals. • From 12 years old, children are considered adults for meal charges. Parking fees apply as per the third-party operating price list. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
