Envite Apartment in City Center

Location, easiness to get the keys. WiFi. There was a clothes washing machine and detergent.

Bathroom was beyond tiny. Shower curtain had mold and shower felt dirty in general. It was so bad I went and bought another shower curtain. I informed the property, they did not respond until more than a day later. I sent photos, they apologized and then did nothing about it (not even an offer to reimburse me for the new shower curtain). The door to the bathroom is a folding panel door, that gives zero privacy. Lamps in bedroom were broken. Some of the dining-ware was dirty. Street was open, you literally have to walk on dirt to get to the building door. It would’ve have been appreciated to be informed about this ahead of time.

Apartman je na odličnom mestu, na par minuta od centra, u blizini se nalaze autobuska stajališta prema plaži i prema glavnoj autobuskoj stanici. Pored zgrade se nalazi mini market dobro snabdeven. Domaćini su veoma ažurni i dostupni. Dobro je i što je samostalno prijavljivanje i odjavljivanje iz apartmana.

El cubículo de la ducha es extremadamente pequeño (y yo soy una persona petit. La ducha era de mano y no había de donde colgarla. Lo peor es que No funcionaba y tuve que bañarme agachada bajo el chorro de la canilla. En este momento están haciendo reparaciones en la calle, todo el pavimento está levantado, hay que caminar entre escombros y toneladas de polvo. El edificio luce descuidado. Por dos días no tuve agua (fue un problema del edificio) pero aún reclamo una compensación por no poder bañarme por esos dos días.

The building was dodgy, graffiti everywhere and the passage was dark and felt unsafe. The was no road and building rubble and everywhere. We decided not to stay and booked into a hotel . We did not feel safe. Owner simply says it’s not he’s problem. Still waiting for Booking.Com to reply to my complaint

I liked the location of the unit and the convenience of the self check in and out process

the fact that the apartment was dirty the linens with stains sheets and pillows and the the condiments in the in the cupboards had food from previous tenants, the safety of the building didnt exist, the noise in the building at all times of the night when you were trying to sleep, the fact that the fan in the bathroom has to open when the neighbour goes to the bathroom.

Good location, close to center, good bed, clean as well, the owner responded quickly
