HRThe location was fine, just a few metres from the beach. However, the photos shown on Booking are mostly of the apartment above, which has a sea view. We were given a ground-floor unit with no view at all.
For €250 per night, this apartment fell far short of expectations. While it wasn’t too dirty, it was clearly worn out and long overdue for renovation. The kind of wear that no amount of cleaning can fix. The living room rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom doors didn’t close because they were broken, the showerhead leaked, the blanket had stains over it, and the terrace light didn’t work. Kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and furniture looked like they’d been rescued from a recycling yard. None of this would have been a major issue at a lower price, but at €250 a night, I expected a much higher standard. Communication could be better as well. I sent a message the day before our arrival and called the listed number three times that morning, no answer. I tried twice more during the trip, again with no response. We only heard back once we arrived at the property. The owner had the typical Croatian host attitude: take the money and hope the guests leave as quickly as possible. I don’t blame the owner personally; it’s a perfect reflection of what’s wrong with Croatian tourism in general. High prices with little value in return.

HUGood location, you can reach the beach in 1 minute by opening the back gate,jetskis and scooter rents near the property,close to Zadar city and old town (about 10-15min car ride)
There is no bakery or little shops in walking distance,only in Zadar with 10 minute car ride
