The Base Deluxe

Very bad price/value! The advertisement does not match reality. The name Alpine luxury is ridiculous! They give you a mini-studio with a small bed that my legs were hanging off, you can't reach the table in the kitchen, the chair only fits on the side. You couldn't turn it around. The accommodation was 22,000 baht and they would have charged an extra 9,600 baht for cleaning. This was not announced in advance. They are going to ruin you. The air conditioners in the common areas were turned off after 6 pm. The plaster was falling off, so we could only go to the pool twice, and half of the common areas were closed. There are much better hotels for this price, including the lotion. I cannot recommend the accommodation!

Everything worked great

I didn't stay here. They had overbooked and put me in a different place with much better facilities and value. I've stayed here before though, and the place is really nice. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the hosts are.

After confirming the order, I found that the order was wrong, so I immediately contacted the customer service and proposed to cancel the order, but the customer service response was very slow. In the end, I can only choose to stay (of course, the order error is my problem, but I think the hotel should have a reasonable cancellation of the order policy .

took some really cool photos on the panoramic pool overlooking the sea and the city. I was looking specifically for an instagram location, but all the other options were 3-4 times more expensive! The room itself is simple, but it has everything and even dishes/stove and a huge fridge ( usually fridges are small)
