GBGBSmart clean
A little bit tricky to find
GBGBFlat was clean and tidy. Location was good. Bathroom and kitchen were new and clean.
Described as luxury but fittings/soft furnishings etc. did not meet this expectation - poor quality towels (bleach marks and tiny), horrible duvets and pillows, missing cutlery, no hand or tea towels provided, table was very wobbly with loose screws. Price was excessive for what we got; sneaky damage waiver really wound me up.
GBThe apartment was in a good location. It was very clean and the staff were really helpful.
One was the check in information was only released 30 mins before our arrival. Two was the door lock was not working and we were not told about it beforehand, it was only when we called the number given and asked about it we were told that we had to download an app because there was a glitch. However the staff were really helpful and did manage to get the problem sorted.
