Le Bijou Luxury Suites Rethymno

This apartment is very well equipped, close to the centre of the old town but very quiet. Everything seems as new (in its third year of rental) and of good quality. The highlight is undoubtedly the roof terrace with jacuzzi. Total privacy, sunshine or shade as you prefer. But good fitness is essential as the stairs are steep! Close to supermarket. Very good communication throughout and we met the very friendly host George upon leaving.

Nothing! Not a criticism of the property but we had a bit of a job finding parking. Free street parking seems to require parking some distance away (in our case 20 minutes), which is fine once settled in but for arrival and departure we used the market square car park (by the municipal park) which was about €12 from 4pm - 10am.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The private swimming pool was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended—would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our stop in Rethymno! We were greeted by Μανος who was so helpful and kind! He gifted us some Raki and gave us a tour of the place. The location was perfectly located on a quieter street but in great walking distance to all shops and restaurants! George and Mariella were also very helpful with recommendations and transportation! The place was exactly as pictured, we absolutely loved our time here!

Location was excellent, the host was friendly and helpful with any requests and the property was clean tidy and had everything we needed for a weeks stay , the pool is great for cooling off in the mid day heat and the ac works in seconds

From the moment Manus met us with a Raki to welcome us we fell in love with Le Bijou Suites! We stayed 7 nights, could have stayed a month! In the heart of Old Town and whisper quiet, you can’t believe that once you step outside you are in the hub of the stunning Old Town. Literally 10 metres from the best bakery in town, spoilt for choice with Restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep. Impeccable facilities, so spacious, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, full sized fridge and 4 burner cooktop. The most comfortable bed we have had in Greece over several years. The plunge pool and courtyard was an absolute bonus especially on the very hot days after exploring Cretes highlights, cleaned every 3 days. George has thought of everything to make for a memorable stay… Thank you

George was at the apartment to hand over the keys and give us a tour. The apartment was really large and clean. Beds were very comfortable and my daughter had her own bedroom with a double bed. The extra toilet/sink on the second floor was a bonus. The location in old town was really convenient for all the bars and restaurants. We thought we would have a problem finding free parking but found it was never an issue.

The roof terrace is a great place to hang out but it really needs a shaded area.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, the place was splendid and high quality material.

A beautiful renovated apartment in the city center. This in a quiet street where sleeping is not a problem. The owners are friendly and easy to reach.

Unfortunately we only got one set of keys. This can be a challenge when 4 people are going separate ways.

Perfectly located in the center of Rethymno. George and Mariella, the owners, are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The flat is actually almost a full house that has been renovated to very high standards. Spending the evening on the rooftop terrace in the jacuzzi, gazing at the stars while sipping a glass of white wine… What else to ask for during your holidays? Highly recommended!
