Excellent location, host very responsive, well equipped

We were in Moderna during very hot weather, the aircon struggled to cope so I closed off the door to the bathroom and reduced the volume requiring cooling which helped considerably.

Clean and big

It was a very nice property, well kept and clean. It really had everything you could want for a short or longer stay. Easy access to everything in town. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The owner allowed us to come to the property early, which was appreciated.

The only glitch was that the lockbox combination was incorrect when we used it to get the key. We thought it was because we tried to retrieve the key too early. It was just incorrect or it changes automatically. I was not sure. In any event all was ultimately okay other than staying in a restaurant drinking a coffee until we were able to access the key. My wife and I stayed in many apartments in Italy. Some are better stocked than others. I have come to expect that there will be nothing in an apartment. This apartment had two bottles of vinegar (probably left from a prior renter) , some salt and little else. It would be nice if there were some basics, oil, vinegar, salt, maybe a bottle of water, tea and maybe coffee pods. In that way one doesn't have to start from scratch to make a simple meal. Just a suggestion, and a welcome enhancement.

Great location. In the heart of centro storico.

Bathroom was dusty on the floor. Draws needed wiping. Bed was not made on arrival. Few little touches that let it down.
