Enjoy A Reef Intermission steps from beach and bay

Everything was good I’m looking forward to visiting again

Leaving out was just a little complicated because of the traffic but I understand its a busy area

Our hostess was wonderful, very kind, greeted us, and helped us get in. The sofa pulled out to a full bed, great for my son, and the bedroom had a king size bed.

Didn’t like the heavy footed neighbors upstairs early in the morning and once we were in bed, which is no fault of the property, however very inconsiderate humans, stomping, moving furniture around, bouncing balls. Didn’t like the construction, or the barrels in the street by our parking spot, which made it difficult with a full size pick up. You had to walk through all of the construction, past the traffic to get to the beach, as the construction was also across the street, again, no fault of the property.

The people were good, the property was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Road construction on the street the property was disruptive. Loud at times and we had to park a couple of blocks away.

This is a very very congested area and even more so with daily road construction and the storing of heavy construction equipment each night.

The access road, 8th street was closed due to municipal sewer pipe replacement. We were not allowed to park at the rental location and had to park a few blocks south or be towed. Unfortunately we did not discover this inconvenience until after the refund date. We cut our 3 night stay to 2 nights and departed early morning. The staff tries to make due but the inconveniences are too great fro a relaxing vacation. The staff should be upfront about the inconveniences when booking vs being informed two days before arrival. This sewer/road issue will take another 2 years before completion. I would avoid until then.
