Lush Porthcawl Large Spacious 3 bedroom Apt, Prime Location

Bright and clean, spacious and welcoming property. Excellent location for enjoying Porthcawl. Good communication from the property owners, both through the app and in the welcome pack in the apartment. Key codes are great because they allow us to go out together and separately without having to worry about keys, but the actual interface is fiddly and takes some getting used to. Lovely modern kitchen and enough tea, coffee and biscuits to keep us happy. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. Good WiFi and smart TV.

The large window at the front made the place like a greenhouse as there weren't any curtains or blinds to keep the direct sunlight out. Made worse as there's no aircon or fans. Mattresses weren't that comfortable but still got a decent sleep.

We were there over a very hot weekend. Perhaps portable fans in the rooms would be handy! But otherwise fantastic location and clean!!

Lovingly presented apartment. Good communication with the owners. Lovely light kitchen / dining / living room. Clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and shops / bars / restaurants etc. Plenty of onstreet parking in nearby streets.

When you first arrive, the immediate location around the apartment is not the most attractive of areas but soon get used to it!

We really liked the light and airy feel of the beautifully decorated, spacious flat.

My daughter had a nasty fall in the bathroom, getting out of the bath. I think it would be a very good idea to have a non-slip mat in the bath.
