kotor!!!!! elok2 nak baring tapi nampak atas cadar penuh bulu manusia. taktau lah bulu tangan atau apa. tapi nampak sangat tak tukar cadar!!!! jijik gilaaaaa. ni confirm2 towel pun tak tukar silap2 towel yg kau lap meja apa semua itu yg kau letak utk customer guna. i think better cari homestay dari hotel. nasib request minta tukar bilik dia bagi. at least say sorry or bagi discount!!!! jijik!!! takkan repeat dah

During check in, asked staff whether the hotel was full and staff said no. But when I asked to change the room to a lower level because my wife was pregnant he said there are no available rooms. Wife had to walk 2 floors up as we were placed on the 2nd floor. We couldn't use the bidet as the water was too slow, almost non existent.

Keadaan tilam kurang selesa,selimut Keadaan kusam,perlu ditukar baru..suis lampu hanya untuk padam semua lampu. Harap diasingkan..
