We slept one night in this homestay. We didn't talk much to the owners, the welcome was a bit cold but they are very responsive to my messages on booking, I thank them. The hotel room is huge, it is the size of an apartment. It is very clean and recent. There is air conditioning in the room, the bedding is comfortable and the homestay is very quiet. We didn't expect to have breakfast in the morning and it was very good. Not far from the homestay there are restaurants, shops and pharmacies within walking distance. The port is a few minutes by local taxi. Excellent value for money, I can only recommend it!

Before arriving to the place I had a chat via booking app with the manager and asked her to call the speedboat company to put my name on the list for the speedboat trip to Togean Island next day. The person ignored this message. When I arrived in the evening I asked one more time but directly speaking to the lady that welcomed us. She said « just go tomorrow at 9am on the pier you will get your ticket ». Next day we arrived at the pier, I was the first person in the queue for tickets and after the opening of the office we were told that all tickets were already sold out on previous day ! To book the ticket in advance you just need to do a quick call to the company and tell the names of the persons to put on the list (you don’t even need to pay in advance, it takes literally 2 minutes). We spoke to people who had already their names on the list and they said that their hotel did this pre booking for them !!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor service.

It was very humid inside. Luckily there was AC in the bedroom (i'm not usually a person who uses AC but here it was needed). No real shower.

It was confortable and we had a lot of space.

Very nice and clean rooms, beds comfortable.

The location is not the best - no restaurants around and not the easiest place to navigate as a solo traveller. The hosts doesn't speak english, but we managed with google translate.

Big room and also has a mini kitchen area with fan. It was clean and very good to have the night there before togean islands

The staff was ok, didn’t really ask to help for transportation etc. Due to no English speaking and the WiFi was not working after 5mins.
