Soggiorno pessimo, l’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato si è allagato ben tre volte , l’agenzia wonderful Italy non ha riposto per varie ore, siamo stati 15 h senza acqua , abbiamo passato la notte con la paura che si potesse allagare ben per la quarta volta , il giorno dopo siamo rimasti nei pressi di casa aspettando novità dall’agenzia ma nulla….verso le 11:20 che rientriamo verso casa troviamo un tecnico (idraulico) entrato nella nostra abitazione…l’agenzia ci aveva dato permesso di entrare senza noi dentro…avevamo oggetti personali…infatti mi è scomparsa una somma dal portafoglio…alla fine di tutto ciò dopo il grave e grande disagio creato , chiedo un rimborso della somma spesa, mi rimborsano con 20€ , sono dei pazzi , mi sono trovato male anche con Booking che non è stato in grado di risolvermi la situazione, per telefono mi dice una cosa , ma nei fatti altro…comunque ho querelato agenzia! Non affidatevi a questi truffatori!

The property was spot on described by the previous review. The floor was filthy, even getting dirt all over my suitcase and our socks. There were spiders in the bedroom. There is a restaurant immediately below the rooms that is quite noisy. Guests are asked to wash the dishes and take out the trash, but no kitchen linens or soap are provided, and there are no instructions, outside of which day a certain type of trash is collected (i.e. where the trash is too be taken.) The day we arrived the electricity went out. When I asked for help, I was sent a handbook to describe how to reset the breakers. I actually couldn't read it because the wifi was also off, and general data connections are so weak that I had to walk down the block in the rain to report the outage. The description says there is a flat screen tv, darned if I could find one. The neighbors are very friendly, and the location is right in the middle of Ortigia. I would look for somewhere else to stay next time.
USThe neighbors were so kind and friendly, and very helpful. The location is great and the restaurant across the way is excellent! The apartment has ample space and air conditioning is nice.
The doors were not very easy to unlock (both the lower/main door into the building as well as the upstairs door into the apartment), we often had trouble with the door (even when the representative arrived to hand over the keys) and our neighbors often helped us to get access. It would have been useful to have instructions for how to use the washer machine and turn on the gas for the stove. The floors were very sandy and we had to sweep often! Lastly, the shower curtain in the main bathroom is too short - the water gets everywhere and becomes messy!
Big mould by the bathroom mirror. Walls cracking and Peeling off. No cleaning supplies to wash the dishes which are oily/dusty/chipped. Under the bed and sofa is really dirty Like it has not Been cleaned for months. All doors are hard to open. No microwave,salt,pepper or anything,you need to Buy everything. Beds are really springy,not comfortable at all.
