Nothing. Was never able to connect with anyone to give us instructions how to get into the house, yet we paid good money ffor what seems to be a scam..We had to find another hotel to stay at because we couldn't get into to penthouse

This was horrible. Booked the penthouse house last minute and when we attempted to get intot the penthouse we were not able to get a hold of anyone to instruct us how to get in..even after multiple phone call attempts. No answer no help nothing. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay for the night after already paying good money for this unavailable penthouse.
