Czysto, ciepło, dobre śniadanie.

Nie mogłem skorzystać ze SPA ponieważ wcześniej nie poinformowałem, że mam taką potrzebę niestety za dodatkową opłatą - słabe.

"NIestety przez komunikację oraz wprowadzanie w błąd opisem obiektu, nie mogę polecić tego miejsca."

Na plus śniadania w formie bufetu. Smacznie duży wybór. Dobre świeże produkty.

Niezgodność opisu oferty. Na stronie informacja o małym spa. Jak się okazało na miejscu to według jednej Pani sauna nieczynna z powodu prac serwisowych. Według drugiej Pani jeżeli ktoś przyjeżdza na jeden nocleg nie ma możliwości skorzystania z sauny. Jak poprosiłem o wskazanie tej informacji w ofercie, nie potrafiły tego znaleść tłumacząc się ze Booking co chwile coś zmienia (Okazało się ze na stronie internetowej obiektu też nie ma takiego zapisu). Jak już powiedziałem ze jest to niezgodne z ofertą, nagle sauna "magicznie się NAPRAWIŁA" i można było skorzystać 50pln za 30min za osobę. Podejście do klienta zostawia dużo do życzenia.
